I did a 1/2 hour on the eliptical - hill setting.
For my cable workout I do every exercise for 1 minute (if it is an one sided exercise I do it bi-laterally for a minute each):
- Bicep Kiss
- Bicep Punch
- Canoe Row
- Lat pulldown on Ball
- Pull-Twist-Punch
- Shoulder Fly on Ball
- Standing Low Row
- Torso Twist
